The Golden Horseshoe Aquatic Club has chosen the Apex Centre to be their Official Training and Therapy Centre for Golden Horseshoe Aquatic Club, citing the fact that “APEX is a unique facility which offers both performance training and rehabilitation services including Physiotherapy, Registered Massage, and Chiropractic care all under one roof.

The Golden Horseshoe team is a year round competitive swim team offering high-quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of the team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to an international competitor.
