The Hamilton Smash Volleyball Club has chosen the Apex Centre for their dry land training needs. Apex staff are providing strength coaching and athletic therapy to help the team avoid injury and achieve their goals.
The Hamilton Smash are based in Hamilton, Ontario. They offer volleyball programs for girls and boys and believe volleyball is not just about playing a game, but more importantly, about developing youth to be leaders, on and off the court.
