Personal Training

A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction.  They motivate clients by setting goals, providing feedback and accountability.  An assessment of each client will be performed to determine strengths and weaknesses and most importantly the goals of each client.  A personalized exercise program will be created to achieve these goals.  Each of your instructors are health care professionals equipped with the experience, education and motivation to help you reach your peak.

We offer a variety of fitness classes including boot camps, TRX courses, kettle bell training, Spartan workouts, yoga and more.  The goal of each fitness course will be to ensure a prolonged, pain-free active lifestyle.  Whether it is a beginner yoga class or an advanced functional workout, APEX will guarantee the gold standard in fitness courses.

Gym Hours

Monday – 7am – 6:30pm
Tuesday – 7am – 8pm
Wednesday – 7am – 8pm
Thursday – 7am – 6pm
Friday – 7am – 5pm
Saturday – 8am – 12pm

30 minutes – $40.00
45 minutes – $55.00
60 minutes – $65.00
