Maggie Trainor

Golf Professional

Maggie Trainor is a Class ‘A’ Member of the PGA of Canada, and is currently an Associate Professional at the Dundas Valley Golf & Curling Club. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2007, after which she enrolled in the Professional Golf Management program at Humber College. Since graduating, Maggie has been inducted into both the Humber College and Ontario College Athletic Association Halls of Fame for her play as part of the Humber College women’s golf team. She coached the women’s golf team at Humber from 2009 until 2018, winning a national championship in 2015. Since turning professional in 2009, Maggie has competed in several professional events, winning the 2012 Ontario PGA Mixed Championship, and the 2012 and 2018 Ontario PGA Ladies Championship. She has been a TPI Level 1 certified instructor since 2013, and has been an instructor for the Dundas Valley junior golf program since 2009. She has taught clinics as well as individual lessons for juniors and adults, and enjoys teaching golfers of all levels.
