Volleyball Strength Training

Apex is offering volleyball specific strength and conditioning training for all players.  If you are looking to improve your strength and power, quickness on the floor, vertical jump, and postural exercises to reduce overuse injuries, Apex is your training facility.

The challenging 60-minute training sessions will begin early October and run for the entire volleyball season.  Sessions will be limited to 10 athletes to ensure safety and most importantly, quality instruction and supervision by our expert Athletic Therapist and Personal Trainers.
